The Rose Window
La Ventana de RosaSite where the Host was shown to gathered mission celebrants during the Feast of Pentecost. Legend has it named for Rosa the betrothed of Juan Huizar, who created the window after her death at sea.

The Ball Moss (Tilandsia recurvata) a small epiphyte that cling to 1°ly Live Oaks in the southwest Texas. It is not a moss but a flowering plant that makes its own food, absorbs water and gathers nutrients from the blowing dust. (Think Spanish Moss)
