Las Cruces KOA, located on the side of a hill with well packed sites for all types of campers.
Little bit of spring beauty.
The roads in Texas and New Mexico are amazing. they are well designed, wide with expansion ability, well marked and nicely adorned.
Recycled Roadrunner
20x40 feet bird sculpture built in 1993, at the city landfill, exclusively with items salvaged from it. The bird now sits at a rest stop and can be seen from the highway.
The KOA is home to many doves that hang out in pairs. Here is one on a limb and the other flying to their next perch.
