Today we went for a drive on the Mt Magazine Byway and stopped at the State Park visitor center. While there, Mark inquired about a trail that would provide a nice place to have our picnic lunch.
We had a nice rocky terrain hike with water features, colorful features and wildlife features.
The rocky ledge near the top was perfect. The view was fantastic and our picnic was tasty.
Even Biscuit took a break from exploring to relax.
Our hike was like hiking through an Easter Basket of flowers.
Our picnic site was also a good place for another of our selfies.
